Conduct business honestly and prohibit fraud, corruption, collusion, and improper influence.
Accurate Representations
Provide complete and accurate information about qualifications, capacity, pricing, registrations, certifications, and performance.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Kickback
Do not offer, request, accept, or facilitate bribes, kickbacks, improper payments, or anything intended to improperly influence a decision.
Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure
Disclose actual or potential conflicts that may affect independent judgment or contract performance.
Workplace Safety
Maintain safe work practices and meet applicable health, safety, and site requirements.
Labor & Employment Compliance
Follow applicable wage, hour, nondiscrimination, worker eligibility, and employment requirements.
Information Protection
Protect customer, government, employee, supplier, procurement, and proprietary information according to applicable requirements.
Quality Expectations
Perform against documented specifications, inspection standards, and corrective-action requirements.
Delivery Performance
Meet agreed schedules, communicate exceptions promptly, and maintain accurate fulfillment records.
Subcontractor Responsibility
Apply relevant contractual and conduct requirements to lower-tier subcontractors and suppliers.
Audits & Documentation
Cooperate with audits and provide supporting records when contractually applicable.
